How to use the Splash enema or anal douche
The thick or bulbous part of the enema is where the water that comes out of the tube into the anus is stored. Can you see it?
Before explaining how to use it, you should know that it is recommended to use it a little before anal sex (about 1 hour).
What’s more, it is important that you wash the douche before using it. It's very simple: just remove the tube and place the opening of the bulb under a stream of lukewarm water. Once clean, fill the bulb with lukewarm water (not cold and not hot). It may seem silly, but this will help you relax and loosen the muscles in this area. Ah! And don't forget to close it securely once it's full.
Now that you have the anal douche ready, gently insert the tube through the opening of the anus. If you prefer, you can apply a little water-based lubricant to the nozzle and the entrance of the anus to facilitate insertion.
